Documentary following singer Paul McCartney as he takes to the streets of New York City in the aftermath of the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Centre on 11 September 2001 to meet people affected by the events. The film also features performance clips and backstage moments from 'The Concert for New York City', the benefit concert held a few months after the attacks, which featured contributions from the likes of The Who, Bon Jovi, Eric Clapton, James Taylor, Billy Joel and Elton John, as well as McCartney himself.
