James Tien stars in this martial arts action adventure directed by Ta Huang. Every year, a martial arts tournament is held but it is controlled by a gang of thugs led by He Rong (Chu Mu) who rules the area and is feared by the local residents. Determined to change this, Lin Zhi-gang (Tien) decides to enter the tournament but He Rong refuses to let Lin Zhi-gang defeat him.
He brings Lei Biao (Li Min-Lang), a mysterious kung fu master, into the fight, but will this ensure his success?
